Returns / Refunds / Exchanges Policy
We hope you enjoy your item, However, in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at Ray@rayclarkeupholstery.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note we do not provide free returns shipping.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Bespoke & Custom ordered furniture and soft furnishings cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES
Goods purchased from my website store can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Please get in touch with us via email at Ray@rayclarkeupholstery.com to request an exchange. If your exchange item is less than the value of the original, we will issue a credit note for the difference.
Once we receive the item, please allow 7-10 working days for us to process your exchange. Exchanges are void if the product has been damaged or dirty from use.
Items purchased from a Pop-up shop or event
Items purchased from pop-ups or events are limited to a 7-day returns policy.
Items bought from third parties are not our responsibility.
