This scatter cushion features  elements from my first hand-drawn textile design which is digitally printed onto an F/R  "moleskin" Velvet.

The front panel features a Golden Tamarin Monkey while on the back panel features a Black Howler.

“Magic Monkeys" was inspired by a trip with friends to a monkey Sanctuary in North Devon, England many years ago. An opportunity to create a furnishings fabric featuring my artwork crystallised in 2016 when Super-Upcyler and furniture fanatic Sarah Moore commissioned new to Reupholster a chair which featured on the BBC 1 show “Money For Nothing”

 I've always held a fascination for Monkeys and Apes since I was a child .
